We invite you to a three-day Yoga Retreat, a reconnection with nature and ourselves through yoga, meditation and sound healing with the sea view of Porto Buffalo in Evia. An opportunity for physical and mental relaxation, nourishment of the senses and detoxification of the body. Our retreat will take place at the Evia Silence Yoga Retreat Hotel located 10 meters from the sea and 2 hours from Athens.
