For those who are just starting to practice yoga and for those who want to enjoy a mild practice.
For those who have a relevant experience in yoga or exercise regularly.
More demanding practice with advanced asana and sequences. Ideal for those who practice yoga regularly for more than 6-12 months.
Most Yoga practices are based on Hatha Yoga. It is a classic form of yoga that has long been practiced in India, including body postures, breathing techniques and meditation.
The concept Ha represents the sun, while Tha represents the moon. Hatha Yoga practice aims to balance the two energies, the male and the female, the warm and the cold, and consequently the balance in our lives.
Yin Yoga is based on the Chinese Taoist philosophy and the practice focuses on activating the deeper connective tissue, ligaments and fascia, as well as mental relaxation and concentration.
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice in which one asana follows the other, breath is combined with movement and there is a flow in the posture sequencing. This practice develops strength, flexibility, endurance and concentration.
In the practice of Restorative Yoga we use props to hold the postures for a long time, from 5 to 20 minutes. With bolsters, blocks, belts and blankets the body relaxes deeply and the mind rests. Ideal practice for eliminating stress, relieving chronic pain and injuries.
In Aerial Yoga practice, we use hammocks hanging from the ceiling to perform the yoga poses. Aerial yoga develops muscle strengthening and cultivates flexibility, while decompresses the spine. It is a pleasant and fun way to exercise.
In Aerial Yoga practice, a reservation is required.
Through the practice of meditation we train the mind to concentrate and create mental silence and inner peace. We relax the mind from excessive thinking and develop peace inside.
Meditation helps us eliminate stress, get in touch with the center of our being, get inspired and get to know our deeper self. Guided meditation and mindful meditation is practicing.
