CLASSES
Vanessa, from her early childhood, had a special love for sports and physical activities. She quickly realized the multiple benefits of Yoga and daily practice became an integral part of her life. She decided to deepen her personal practice and thus she was led to complete Yoga teacher training, under the guidance of Evi Tassa (Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga - 200hrs).
Deeply inspired, the desire to teach came naturally with the motivation to share her experience. This journey of self-improvement and immersion in practices that harmonize body and mind prompted her to attend a Pilates training program. Ongoing education and development both as practitioner and teacher remain her constant attitude to life.

HATHA
Most Yoga practices are based on Hatha Yoga. It is a classic form of yoga that has long been practiced in India, including body postures, breathing techniques and meditation.
ΗThe concept Ha represents the sun, while Tha represents the moon. Hatha Yoga practice aims to balance the two energies, the male and the female, the warm and the cold, and consequently the balance in our lives.

AERIAL
In Aerial Yoga practice, we use hammocks hanging from the ceiling to perform the yoga poses. Aerial yoga develops muscle strengthening and cultivates flexibility, while decompresses the spine. It is a pleasant and fun way to exercise.
In Aerial Yoga practice, a reservation is required.

YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a practice of deep relaxation, a method of physical and mental restoration.
While the practitioner lies in a relaxing pose, the teacher guides him/her through a deep state of peace and inner harmony.

VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice in which one asana follows the other, breath is combined with movement and there is a flow in the posture sequencing.
This practice develops strength, flexibility, endurance and concentration.

Gentle HATHA
In the practice of Restorative Yoga we use props to hold the postures for a long time.
With bolsters, blocks, belts and blankets the body relaxes deeply and the mind rests. Ideal practice for eliminating stress, relieving chronic pain and injuries.

ASHTANGA
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga, synchronising breath with movement. The sequence includes asanas (poses) linked by vinyasas (flowing movement). It was founded by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore of India and aims to mind and body purification.
A led class is taught at the studio.

MEDITATION & SOUND HEALING
Sound Healing is a journey of relaxation through sound vibrations. The sound of tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gong, and cymbals, have a relaxing effect on the nervous system and the physical body. The sound frequencies synchronize brain waves to achieve deep states of relaxation and restoration.
The mind calms down and is led into a state of meditation.
We would be happy to meet you in our school to create a pleasant, connected and supportive community.
For a better experience we suggest you choose comfortable clothes, avoid using perfume, and have completed your last meal 3 hours earlier.
Thank you very much for turning off your cell phones for as long as you are in the school, and for remaining in creative silence during the practice.
